Client Vacation Coordinator – Remote

We are seeking organized, personable individuals to assist clients with researching and coordinating vacation experiences. This remote role is a good fit for someone who enjoys helping people, researching options, staying organized, and providing excellent customer service.

Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with researching destinations, accommodations, cruises, resorts, and vacation options
• Gather information about client preferences, interests, budgets, and vacation needs
• Research available packages, accommodations, transportation, activities, and experiences
• Help clients compare options and make informed vacation decisions
• Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate client information
• Communicate with clients by phone, email, text, and video
• Provide support throughout the planning and reservation process
• Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, promotions, and available vacation options
• Participate in online training and continuing education

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized with good attention to detail
• Comfortable researching information online
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet access and basic computer skills
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Willingness to learn new systems and online platforms
• Customer service, hospitality, administrative, sales, event planning, or related experience is helpful but not required

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
