Client Wellness & Beauty Consultant

About the role

As a Client Wellness & Beauty Consultant at AXW Wellness, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional client experiences while operating advanced wellness and aesthetic technologies in a professional and supportive environment. You will be responsible for understanding clients' concerns, conducting professional consultations, recommending suitable wellness and aesthetic programmes, and guiding clients throughout their treatment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and professionally engage clients at the centre
• Conduct consultations to understand clients' beauty, skin, body and aesthetic concerns
• Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable treatments and programmes based on approved company protocols
• Explain treatment procedures, benefits, packages and aftercare clearly to clients
• Build strong and lasting relationships with clients through personalised service
• Follow up with clients and encourage continued engagement with suitable programmes
• Present treatment packages and assist clients in making informed choices
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through professional consultation and client service
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on enquiries and leads
• Work closely with therapists and the operations team to ensure a smooth client experience

About you

• Diploma or degree in Beauty, Aesthetic, Wellness, Healthcare, Hospitality, Business, Marketing or related fields is an advantage
• Experience in beauty, aesthetic, wellness, spa, healthcare, hospitality, retail or sales is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, presentable and comfortable communicating with clients
• Customer-oriented with a strong interest in beauty and aesthetics
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and target-driven
• Able to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Good spoken English; Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
• Willing to learn about beauty, aesthetic treatments, wellness programmes and products
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply
