We’re looking for an experienced Climbing Arborist / Crew Lead to join our growing team! If you take pride in your work, value safety, and enjoy working outdoors with a great crew, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Perform advanced tree pruning, spurless climbing, and full removals using safe climbing and rigging techniques.
• Operate chainsaws, wood chippers, stump grinders, bucket trucks, and other arborist equipment.
• Lead and support crew members to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites in compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations and company safety standards.
• Communicate professionally with clients and maintain tools, equipment, and PPE.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous climbing arborist experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of pruning, removals, rigging, and safe work practices.
• Ability to work safely at heights in varying weather conditions.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence required; Class 3 or Air Brake endorsement is an asset.
• ISA Certified Arborist certification is an asset but not required.
• Reliable, physically fit, safety-minded, and a strong team player.
