Clinial Representative (IONM)

About the Role

• As a Clinical Representative (IONM), you will support intra-operative neuromonitoring (IONM) services and play a vital role in ensuring patient safety during surgical procedures.
• You will work closely with surgeons, anaesthesiologists, and operating theatre (OT) staff to monitor neurophysiological function in real time.
• This role is ideal for individuals interested in medical technology, neuroscience, and operating theatre environments, and offers strong long-term career growth in a specialised medical field.

Job Scope & Responsibilities

• Attend and assist in intra-operative neuro monitoring (IONM) cases
• Monitor intra-operative electrophysiological signals including SSEP, MEP, EMG (free-run and triggered) and other modalities as required
• Document monitoring data and prepare intra-operative reports
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
• Communicate professionally with surgeons, nurses, and OT staff

Work Environment

• Hospital operating theatres
• Case-based work schedule (not a fixed office role)
• Exposure to advanced surgical procedures and medical technology

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a related field (Biomedical Science, Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, or equivalent)
• Candidates with equivalent certification are welcome
• No prior experience required (training will be provided)
• Experience in a medical, OT, or healthcare environment is an advantage
