Clinic Aide

Ascend Therapy & Wellness Center is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Clinic Aide to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our patients, families, and therapists.

This role goes beyond basic housekeeping. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys organizing, and understands that cleanliness is about maintaining a hygienic healthcare environment—not just making the clinic look tidy.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize therapy rooms, treatment areas, restrooms, and common spaces
• Properly use cleaning agents and disinfectants according to instructions and safety guidelines
• Organize and maintain therapy materials, toys, and equipment after each use
• Thoroughly clean toys and therapy materials, ensuring they are sanitized and returned to their proper places
• Monitor and replenish cleaning and clinic supplies
• Assist with basic clinic errands and support operational needs as needed
• Help maintain a safe and child-friendly environment throughout the clinic

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or clinic maintenance is an advantage
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, disinfectants, and chemical safety
• Highly organized and pays close attention to detail
• Patient and meticulous when cleaning and organizing toys, therapy materials, and equipment
• Comfortable working in a pediatric and healthcare setting
• Enjoys being around children and understands the importance of creating a clean, safe environment for them
• Physically able to perform cleaning, lifting, and organizing tasks
• Trustworthy, dependable, and proactive
