Clinic Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Clinic Assistant to join our team at Solara Medical Pte Ltd located in Serangoon North. This is a casual position, offering flexibility to suit your timing. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients across a range of natural and alternative medical services.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming patients, ensuring a positive first impression
• Scheduling and managing patient appointments, and maintaining accurate records
• Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring supplies are well-stocked
• Assisting the practitioners with various procedures and treatments
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing patient queries or concerns
• Maintaining a clean, organised and professional clinic environment
• Completing administrative tasks as required
• NO TPA Claim Experience required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working in a similar clinic or healthcare environment, ideally in the field of natural or alternative medicine
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent organisational and multitasking capabilities, with a keen eye for detail
• A friendly, professional and empathetic approach when interacting with patients
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
