Clinic Assistant 診所助理

Job Duties:

• Respond to patient inquiries and manage patient appointments
• Handle front desk reception, registration, billing, payment processing
• Dispense medication and manage inventory, medical equipment procurement
• Assist doctor in treatments
• Handle billing, insurance coordination and administrative reporting

Job Requirements

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above
• Good communication skills and work attitude, punctual, polite, and responsible
• Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel), familiar with Chinese & English typing, operation systems e.g. Clinic Solution, Apricot
• 2 years of work experience required, management experience an advantage
• Candidates with certificate in phlebotomy, injection, pharmacy, health worker training, BLS will be given priority consideration

工作職責：

• 負責處理病人預約、查詢及跟進
• 負責接待、登記、收費、保險及一般文書工作
• 配藥、訂購及管理藥物存倉、處理診所日常運作
• 協助醫生進行治療

職位要求：

• 會考/文憑試或以上程度
• 性格主動、守時有禮、有責任感、具良好溝通技巧及工作態度
• 良好粵語、英語及普通話能力
• 基本電腦操作（Word/Excel），中英文輸入法，軟件 eg. Clinic Solution, Apricot
• 具至少2年西醫診所經驗，有管理經驗者更佳
• 持抽血，注射，藥劑，護理，認可急救證書者可獲優先考慮

職位提供：

• 工作時間：每日 9 小時工作時間（包括午膳時間），無需夜班
