About the role

Regenova Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our natural therapies and alternative medicine clinic based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to support our clinical operations and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care in the holistic health sector. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our clinic whilst providing administrative and clinical support to our practitioners and clients.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
• Managing clinic appointments and scheduling, including booking consultations and managing the patient calendar
• Processing patient registrations and maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Handling administrative tasks including answering phones, responding to enquiries, and managing correspondence
• Assisting practitioners during treatments and consultations as required
• Preparing treatment rooms and sterilising equipment according to clinic protocols and health and safety standards
• Managing clinic inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
• Processing payments, invoicing and maintaining financial records
• Providing information to patients regarding treatments, services, and clinic policies
• Supporting the clinic team with general administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as needed

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; further education in healthcare or administration is advantageous
• Proven experience working in a clinic, medical facility, or healthcare setting is preferred
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and courteous manner
• Proficiency in using computer systems and clinic management software; experience with appointment scheduling systems is beneficial
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion
• A genuine interest in natural therapies and alternative medicine, and commitment to supporting patient wellbeing
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills and support the broader clinic operations
• Knowledge of Malaysian healthcare regulations and clinic standards is a plus
