Clinic Assistant

Beyond Years – Integrated Health, Wellness & Longevity Centre is looking for a responsible, caring and well-organized Clinic Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre and assist clients during their scheduled wellness services.

The role involves client assistance, room preparation, basic non-clinical support and coordination with the centre team to ensure a comfortable and professional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients during their visit to the centre.
• Guide clients to the appropriate consultation or service area.
• Assist with client preparation before scheduled services.
• Arrange towels, robes, water and other required non-medical supplies.
• Support clients with basic comfort requirements during wellness sessions.
• Coordinate with nurses, technicians, cosmetologists and other team members.
• Inform the concerned staff member immediately if a client feels uncomfortable or requires assistance.
• Prepare rooms before appointments and ensure they are properly arranged after each session.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of client areas as per centre SOPs.
• Assist with maintaining adequate supplies in treatment and therapy rooms.
• Help maintain basic client-related records and service documentation as instructed.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹46,042.75 per month
