Clinic Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage front counter duties and attend to patients in a professional manner
• Handle enquiries via phone calls, email, social media, and SMS
• Register patients using clinic management software
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, and update records accurately
• Assist doctors and support daily clinic operations
• Process payments via cash and credit card
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic at all times
• Perform administrative and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Able to work independently with initiative and responsibility

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to communicate in both English and Chinese. We are seeking candidates proficient in Chineseto effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.

• Relevant working experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage

• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided
