About the role
This role involves supporting clinic operations through patient registration, processing, and administrative coordination. You will work closely with the doctor and clinic team to ensure smooth daily procedures and patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Registration and processing of patient entry
- Assisting the Doctor with daily clinic procedures
- Handling payments for services and medicine from patients
- Coordinating phone calls and emails for appointments and other inquiries
- Assisting patients and customers by providing precise information
- Completing other tasks delegated by superiors
- Submit Panel for claim purpose
About you
- Minimum educational requirement: SPM level, Diploma level
- Willingness to work on scheduled hours or shifts
- Location: KLINIK SAFAMEDIC MERU, KLANG
