About the role

CLINIC TT WC is seeking a few Clinic Assistant to join our team at our healthcare center at Malim and Kota Laksamana, Melaka. This is a full-time position that will provide crucial administrative and clinical support to our natural therapies and alternative medicine practitioners.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming clients, providing excellent customer service
• Scheduling and managing appointments, maintaining the clinic calendar
• Assisting practitioners with patient consultations and treatments as needed
• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality
• Ordering and restocking medical supplies and supplements
• Ensuring the clinic is clean, organized and well-maintained
• Providing general administrative support to the clinic team

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a healthcare or medical office setting, preferably in a natural therapies or alternative medicine clinic
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in using medical software and technology
• A warm, friendly and empathetic personality to put clients at ease
• An interest in natural health and wellness approaches
