Clinic Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage/Assist front desk work including but not limited to scheduling appointments, answering phone calls/e-mails/text messages
• Following up with patients on results and side effects from treatments/products
• Registration of patients
• Dispensing of drugs and collection of payment
• Open to doing some simple therapist work
• Ad hoc duties assigned by Doctor/Manager

Job Requirements:

• Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly
• Ability to work effectively under pressure/stress
• Ability to multitask
• Team player
• High EQ and high tact
• Possesses excellent customer service skills
• Good spoken and written English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Organise and schedule appointments properly
• Receptionist related work experience will be an advantage.
• Experience using clinic assist software will be an advantage.

Working Hour:

• 5.5 days of work per week
• Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm. Saturday 9am to 1pm.
