Job Summary and Qualifications

Full time (Monday - Friday, days), no nights, no on call, no weekends, no holidays Seeking a Clinic Assistant for our practice who provides specialized expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role: - Greet and communicate with patients - Performs selected administrative duties and assists clinical staff with non-clinical duties - Scheduling and canceling patient appointments - Answering the telephone - Verifying patient insurance and demographics - Collection of co-payments/coinsurance and personal balances - Prepares exam rooms with needed equipment, supplies, and patient education materials - Assists with autoclaving of instruments where appropriate with documented training - Electronically filing and retrieving medical records What Qualifications you will need: - No education Requirements - No experience required Benefits
