CLINIC ASSISTANT

KLINIK MEDIVIRON TAMAN SUTERA KAJANG

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dedicated Clinic Assistant to support our healthcare team in delivering excellent patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Register patients and manage appointments.

· Assist the doctor during consultations and minor procedures.

· Dispense medications according to t he doctor's instructions.

· Maintain cleanliness, infection control, and stock inventory of clinic.

· Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and appointment reminders.

· Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.

· Assist with administrative duties and clinic documentation.

· Support the clinic's marketing and patient education activities.

· Carry out other reasonable duties assigned by the clinic manager or doctor.

Requirements:

· Minimum SPM, Diploma is an added advantage.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).

· Responsible, hardworking, and able to work in a team.

· Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
