Clinic Assistant

Job Summary

Klinik KL Sihat is looking for a responsible and friendly Clinic Assistant to join our growing team. The candidate will assist in daily clinic operations including patient registration, administrative duties, and basic clinical assistance to ensure smooth patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Register and assist patients during clinic visits

• Manage appointment bookings and patient records

• Assist doctors with basic procedures and patient preparation

• Dispense medication and handle basic pharmacy duties

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic

• Handle billing, payments, and panel claims where required

• Perform general administrative and reception duties

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent

• Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Melayu

• Friendly personality and good patient interaction skills

• Responsible, organized, and able to multitask

• Basic computer skills required

• Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage (training provided)

• Able to work on shift schedule

Working Schedule

• Shift-based working hours

• One off day per week
