Clinic Assistant

Key responsibilities

• Assist doctors during consultations and basic medical procedures
• Dispense medication according to doctor's instructions
• Handle payment collection, billing, and issuance of receipts
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of consultation rooms and waiting areas
• Monitor and replenish medical supplies and clinic inventory
• Prepare and submit insurance or panel claims, if applicable
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by the doctor or clinic manager

About you

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Min 1-2 years experience, prior experience in a clinic, pharmacy, or healthcare setting is an advantage
• Basic computer skills and ability to use clinic management systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required
• Responsible, caring, and able to maintain patient confidentiality
