Clinic Assistant

Ability to communicate with Mandarin and English speaking patients

Responsibilities :

• to assist doctor and ensure operational efficiency of the clinic
• perform front desk duties - registering patients, answering phone calls, dealing with enquiries and assisting doctor's needs
• cashiering duties - payment collection, filing relevant claims, bookkeeping, filing of documents
• dispensary duties
• clinical duties - assisting clinical tasks like ECG, nebulizer, dressing, minor surgical procedures, triaging
• inventory - maintain adequate supplies and functionality of consumables, medications, stationery, medical equipment ; stock taking and organization of stock
• submission of claims for patients under insurance and company employee benefit schemes
• maintenance of clinic's cleanliness and appearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,300.00 per month
