About the role
This role supports the operations of KLINIK NOVOMED across customer relations, clinical assistance, dispensary management, financial administration, facility maintenance, and social media engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients.
- Register patients and assist with clinic front desk operations.
- Assist doctors during consultations and medical procedures.
- Prepare, dispense, and explain prescribed medications according to the doctor's instructions.
- Monitor medication and medical supplies and ensuring proper stock management.
- Handle invoices, medical certificates (MC), and daily sales records.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic.
- Respond to patient enquiries via WhatsApp and social media platforms.
- Assist with appointment reminders, patient follow-ups, and social media content when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
- Relevant experience is an added advantage.
