About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Clinic Assistant to join our team at Klinik Al Humaira in Kuantan, Pahang. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and smooth operation of our medical practice. What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's appointment calendar
• Preparing examination rooms and ensuring they are clean, well-stocked, and ready for patient visits
• Assisting the medical staff with various administrative tasks, such as filing patient records and managing inventory
• Answering incoming phone calls and addressing patient inquiries
• Maintaining the clinic's overall cleanliness and organization
• Providing excellent customer service to patients and their families

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working in a healthcare or medical setting, preferably in a clinic or hospital environment is an advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in using medical software and basic computer skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate patient records
