About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Clinic Assistant to join our team at our Bandar Sri Sendayan facility in Negeri Sembilan. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our clinic and ensuring exceptional client experiences. As a Clinic Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will work collaboratively with our practitioners to deliver high-quality natural therapy services. This role is essential to maintaining the professional standards and welcoming atmosphere that define iCare Meditecq.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression
• Manage clinic appointments and maintain accurate scheduling systems to optimise practitioner availability
• Handle client inquiries regarding services, therapies, and treatment options with knowledge and professionalism
• Process client registrations and maintain confidential client records in compliance with data protection regulations
• Provide administrative support to practitioners, including preparing treatment rooms and gathering necessary materials
• Assist with payment processing and maintain financial records accurately
• Perform general clinic duties including cleaning and maintaining the clinic environment to high hygiene standards
• Support the scheduling and coordination of client appointments and follow-up communications
• Assist with marketing initiatives and help promote clinic services to potential clients
• Maintain inventory of clinic supplies and equipment, placing orders as required

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a healthcare, wellness, or similar customer-facing environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for providing outstanding client service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with appointment management systems or electronic health records
• Knowledge of or genuine interest in natural therapies and alternative medicine practices
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion
• A professional appearance and demeanour consistent with healthcare standards
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to supporting clinic operations
• Fluency in English and Malay; additional languages are advantageous
• A commitment to health and safety compliance and maintaining a clean, hygienic clinic environment
