Clinic Assistant

Join Our Team as a Clinic Assistant!

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Clinic Assistant to join our team at Klinik City Park in Seremban 2.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinic Maintenance: Ensure the clinic remains clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  - Patient Registration & Appointment Scheduling: Assist in registering patients and managing appointment bookings efficiently.
  - Dispensing Medication: Accurately dispense prescribed medications while ensuring proper handling and labeling.
  - Assisting Doctor: Support doctors during medical examinations and procedures by preparing necessary tools and assisting with patient care.
  - Stock & Inventory Management: Monitor and restock medications and essential supplies to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  - Medical Equipment Handling: Operate clinic equipment with care and professionalism.
  - Other Duties: Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required;
  - Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain clinic cleanliness and hygiene.
• Punctual, reliable, and adaptable to changing clinic needs.
• Basic knowledge of medical supplies and medications is a plus
• Working experience in clinic and/or pharmacy is an added advantage.
  -Able to work in shift (more information will be provided during interview)
