Clinic Assistant

We are looking for a second Clinic Assistant!

Alami Clinic is a specialist clinic in the community which provides accessible, affordable and team-based care.

What you will do:

• Attend to walk-in patients, handle registration of patients, schedule appointments and collect payments
• Dispense medicine and process online medical claims
• Handle enquiries in a timely and professional manner (Walk-ins or telephone)
• Assist with other administrative tasks (planning events, replying emails etc.)
• Assist with the organisation of social media content

Tentative work schedule:

Mon- Fri - 8.30am-5.30pm
Sat - 9am to 1pm (alternate weeks)

Preferred:

1. Malay or Chinese speaking
2. Prior experience working in clinic

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
