Clinic Assistant

• Receives, screens, and registers patients. Takes and records vital signs as appropriate to clinic operations.
• Assists in routine medical procedures.
• Answers telephone inquiries from patients and others, screens call to determine nature and urgency of inquiry, refers calls as appropriate and/or schedule appointment with doctors.
• Orders and maintains inventories of supplies as required to support day-to-day clinical and administration operations.
• Provides day-to-day staff support for the unit, to assist in preparing medical records, reports and scheduling.
• Assists in maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic and other equipment.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Those with clinical assistant background/experience will be prioritized
