Clinic Assistant

Location : Sunway Medical Centre Penang

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma.

• Open and flexible to work on Saturdays or on an ad hoc basis to support operational needs.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Description:

• Adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction and policies for all procedures carried out in all areas assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and safety of all patients’ records.
• Coordinate patient to other departments for diagnostic tests, lab investigations or admission if necessary.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the clinics and patient waiting areas.
• Handling phone calls with telephone courtesy and ensure messages are taken appropriately.
• Respond to patient needs or queries promptly and follow up appropriately.
