Clinic Assistant (Full Time)

ONEDOCTORS MEDICAL CENTRE – Serangoon

Join our friendly and fast-paced primary care clinic team! We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented individual who enjoys interacting with patients and working in a healthcare environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Open and close the clinic daily
• Register patients and dispense medications
• Process e-claims (Corporate, CHAS & Medisave)
• Assist doctors during medical procedures
• Manage phone enquiries and appointment scheduling independently
• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and report preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and basic housekeeping of the clinic

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels or ITE qualification
• Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer literacy
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays (when required)
