Job Title: Clinic Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: : Gurney, Penang
Working Days: 6 days per week (Tuesday to Sunday)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors during Aesthetic procedures
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical equipment
• Guide and support patients throughout their visit
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Monitor stock and manage medical supplies
• Ensure clinic cleanliness and hygiene
• Provide assistance at the reception when required

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
• Friendly, proactive, and responsible
• Basic computer skills
• Able to communicate in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus)
• Previous clinic or healthcare experience is an advantage
• Willing to work 6 days per week (Tuesday to Sunday)
