Clinic Assistant ( Operations & Admin )

Job Responsibilities

• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, referrals, payment processing, and medication dispensing.
• Attend to patient enquiries, provide chaperone assistance, and support communication through translation when required.
• Maintain accurate patient records, monitor medication inventory, and ensure clinic facilities are well-maintained.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and conduct routine checks to support smooth daily clinic operations.
• Assist with insurance claims, report preparation, administrative duties, and staff coverage as needed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE N-Level or O-Level qualification.
• No prior experience required :) On-the-job training will be provided.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Willing to learn, adaptable, and able to work well in a team.
