Job Description

We are looking for a Clinic Assistant to support the doctor and ensure the smooth daily operation of a local medical clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register patients and handle appointment / phone enquiries
• Operate basic computer systems and maintain patient records
• Handle payments, basic bookkeeping and documentation
• Assist the doctor with ECG, nebulizer treatments and minor procedures
• Monitor and replenish medication, stationery and medical equipment
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and hygiene
• Provide friendly and professional service to patients
• Support other general clinic duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Previous Clinic Assistant / Healthcare Assistant experience preferred
• Able to communicate well in English and Chinese
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-service oriented and able to work well in a team
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
3 days per week: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM evening shift
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Sunday & Public Holidays: Off

Working Schedule: 6 days per week

Exact shift arrangements will be discussed during the interview.

Additional Information

• Annual leave and sick leave provided according to MOM requirements
