Clinic Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently representing multiple clients within the healthcare industry who are looking to expand their teams with Clinic Associates across Singapore. These are full-time opportunities suited to candidates who enjoy working in a patient-facing environment and have a strong service mindset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend to patients in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage patient registration, appointments and enquiries
• Handle clinic administrative duties, including billing and documentation
• Assist doctors and clinic staff with day-to-day operations
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation
• Support basic clinic procedures and other operational tasks as required
• Ensure the clinic maintains a clean, organized and welcoming environment
• Provide good customer service and a positive patient experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in a clinic, healthcare or customer service environment is preferred
• Candidates without healthcare experience but with strong customer service and administrative skills may also be considered
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; patient, responsible and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team
