Clinic Associate (Perm / Contract)

• Manage frontline operations including patient registration, appointments, referrals, medication dispensing, and cashier duties.
• Attend to walk-in patients and enquiries, provide chaperone support, and assist with language translation.
• Maintain accurate patient records, drug inventory, and clinic facilities to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to SOPs and conduct routine clinic checks, audits, and compliance activities.
• Support medical claims, reports, patient indicators, and manpower coverage across facilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N’ level Certificate.
• No experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service- oriented attitude.
• Comfortable interacting with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Willing to support ad- hoc duties and operational requirements as assigned.
• Comfortable standing for long hours.
