About the role

We are seeking 10x dedicated and compassionate Clinic Associates to join HHCG Wellness Pte. Ltd. in the Central Region. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional healthcare services and supporting the overall operations of our clinic. As a Clinic Associate, you will be at the heart of patient care, ensuring smooth clinic operations whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and patient satisfaction. This role is essential to our mission of providing accessible and high-quality healthcare to our community.

Key responsibilities:

• Greet patients upon arrival and maintain a welcoming clinic environment
• Manage patient registration, scheduling and appointment systems
• Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and clinical procedures as required
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records and documentation
• Handle administrative tasks including billing, invoicing and insurance claims processing
• Sterilise and prepare clinical equipment and treatment areas to maintain hygiene standards
• Support infection control protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Respond to patient enquiries and direct them appropriately
• Assist with stock management and ordering of clinic supplies and materials
• Support the healthcare team in delivering compassionate patient care

What we're looking for:

• Completed secondary education or higher qualification in a healthcare-related field
• Relevant certification or training in healthcare administration or clinical support
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach
• Proficiency in using computer systems and familiarity with clinic management software
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data protection
• Physical capability to perform clinic duties including standing for extended periods
• Flexibility and willingness to work within a team environment
• Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred but not essential
• Certification in First Aid or Basic Life Support is advantageous
