Clinic Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Contacting new patient enquiries and managing follow-ups.

Supporting patients throughout their journey, from initial enquiry to consultation and surgery.

Scheduling consultations and coordinating appointments.

Assisting with the preparation and organisation of surgical lists.

Supporting recruitment and staff onboarding activities.

Assisting management with day-to-day clinic operations.

Helping maintain a welcoming, professional and well-organised clinic environment.

Pay: €15.00-€17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.0 per week
