Clinic In-Charge

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient workflow;
• Management of daily administrative processes relating to clinic functions such as patient registration, coordinating patient appointments, billing, outstanding payment and its follow-up processes;
• Communication with insurers including submission of patients' insurance / third party claims;
• Handling patient service and experiences throughout their clinic journey;
• Inventory and supplies management including monitoring stock levels and coordination with suppliers on ordering required items;
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a specialist clinic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks at a time
• Strong organizational, administrative and problem-solving skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented individual
• Ability to work in a team as well as individually
