Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Clinic In-Charge to manage the day-to-day operations of our clinic in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in clinic management and be fluent in both Marathi and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Supervise and coordinate with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and support staff.
• Handle patient queries, appointments, and patient flow.
• Maintain clinic hygiene, discipline, and service quality.
• Monitor inventory, medical supplies, and stock records.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with management and prepare daily operational reports.
• Address patient concerns and ensure a positive patient experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate in any discipline; healthcare or hospital administration qualifications are preferred.
• Mandatory: Prior experience as a Clinic In-Charge or in a similar clinic management role.
• Fluency in both local language and English is mandatory.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available to join at the earliest are preferred.
