What they need

Overview

Nore Women’s Health is a rapidly growing network of women’s health clinics dedicated to providing exceptional care for women navigating perimenopause and postmenopause. As we expand into new markets, we are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and hands-on Clinic Launch Manager to lead the operational preparation and opening of new clinic locations.

Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, the Clinic Launch Manager will coordinate all operational workstreams required to bring a new clinic from development to opening day. This includes coordinating staffing and training, equipment and supply readiness, technology and security installations, licensing, utilities, marketing coordination, and final operational readiness.

This is a hands-on role that combines project management with on-site execution. The successful candidate will manage detailed launch plans while actively preparing clinic spaces, organizing supplies and equipment, conducting readiness inspections, resolving outstanding issues, and ensuring each location is fully staffed, equipped, and ready to serve patients. The goal is to deliver a launch-ready clinic to the assigned Site Supervisor and ensure a smooth transition to ongoing operations.

The role will have primary responsibility for clinic launches in Georgia, with periodic travel to support expansion into Texas and other markets. Between launches, the Clinic Launch Manager may provide temporary operational support at existing locations, including serving as backup coverage for Site Supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Launch Planning & Project Management

  • Own and maintain a comprehensive launch plan for each new clinic, including milestones, timelines, dependencies, assigned responsibilities, deadlines, and readiness checkpoints.
  • Coordinate across Business Operations, HR and Recruiting, clinical leadership, IT, marketing, vendors, and other internal and external partners to keep all launch activities on schedule.
  • Monitor progress across workstreams, identify potential delays or operational gaps, and proactively resolve issues or escalate risks that could affect opening dates.
  • Conduct detailed pre-opening readiness reviews, maintain punch lists, and ensure outstanding items are addressed before the first patient appointment.
  • Coordinate the transition from launch preparation to ongoing clinic operations, ensuring the permanent Site Supervisor receives a fully prepared and operationally ready location.

Physical Clinic Setup & Readiness

  • Coordinate the delivery, receipt, unpacking, organization, and placement of furniture, equipment, supplies, and other items needed for opening day.
  • Verify that required supplies and equipment are present, organized, and positioned appropriately for daily clinic operations.
  • Identify missing, damaged, or incorrect items and coordinate timely resolution with the appropriate vendors or internal teams.
  • Track the completion of IT, security, utilities, and other essential operational installations.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to confirm that the clinic is clean, organized, properly equipped, and ready to welcome patients and staff.
  • Maintain an active on-site presence during critical setup and launch periods, providing hands-on support as needed to ensure opening readiness.

Staffing, Training & Operational Preparation

  • Track hiring progress, employee start dates, onboarding requirements, training schedules, and applicable licensing or credentialing requirements in coordination with HR, Recruiting, and clinical leadership.
  • Ensure new team members are prepared to perform their responsibilities before the clinic opens.
  • Confirm that front-desk workflows, patient check-in and check-out processes, scheduling procedures, and other established operating protocols are ready for implementation.
  • Develop a working knowledge of Nore’s front-desk and Site Supervisor responsibilities to support consistent clinic operations and provide temporary coverage when needed.
  • Coordinate with marketing to confirm that local clinic-opening activities and practice-building initiatives are appropriately timed and ready for launch. This role coordinates execution and readiness but does not own Nore’s digital marketing strategy.

Clinic Development Coordination

  • Participate in relevant real estate, construction, design, furniture, and technology meetings to understand project timelines, dependencies, and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate operational needs with Nore’s real estate lead, specialist consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain visibility into development milestones that could affect clinic readiness, without assuming responsibility for real estate, lease, design, furniture, art, or technology-selection decisions.

Process Improvement & Operational Support

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Nore’s standardized clinic-launch playbook, including timelines, checklists, supply requirements, readiness criteria, and lessons learned.
  • Identify opportunities to improve launch consistency, efficiency, communication, and execution as Nore expands into additional markets.
  • Provide temporary operational coverage at existing clinics between launches, including backup Site Supervisor support during planned or unplanned absences, as business needs permit.
  • Travel to Nore’s metro Atlanta clinics and other markets, including periodic travel outside Georgia, to support new clinic openings and operational needs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Healthcare or multi-site operations experience: Prior experience managing operations in a physician practice, healthcare organization, or comparable multi-location service business.
  • Project management and organization: Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects, manage multiple workstreams, maintain detailed schedules, and meet critical deadlines.
  • Hands-on execution: Comfortable balancing planning and coordination with physical, on-site responsibilities, including unpacking shipments, organizing supplies, inspecting spaces, and resolving operational issues.
  • Attention to detail: Strong follow-through and the ability to identify gaps, anticipate challenges, and drive outstanding items to completion.
  • Operational flexibility: Willingness to learn Nore’s front-desk and Site Supervisor functions and provide temporary coverage when needed.
  • Communication and collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clinical teams, administrative staff, vendors, and senior leadership.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-growing organization where processes are continually evolving and improved.
  • Ownership and initiative: Proactive, solution-oriented, and accountable, with the ability to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Patient-centered mindset: Commitment to operational excellence and creating a welcoming, efficient, and high-quality patient experience.
  • Physical requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand, walk, bend, reach, and kneel for extended periods while preparing clinic spaces, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Travel: Ability and willingness to travel to clinic locations in Georgia and periodically to other markets, including Texas.
