Clinic Maintenance Technician

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining clinic facilities, equipment, and building systems in good working condition through regular inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

A. Maintenance and Repairs

• Perform minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, and plumbing repairs.
• Inspect and maintain electrical equipment, HVAC systems, and other facility equipment.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance across clinic branches.
• Respond to maintenance requests and perform on-call duties as required.

B. Facilities and Safety

• Ensure clinic facilities and equipment are safe and functional.
• Coordinate with external service providers for repairs and equipment servicing.
• Assist in housekeeping and implement appropriate workplace safety measures.
• Follow standard maintenance procedures and building operating schedules.
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in building or facilities maintenance.
• Hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and air-conditioning repairs.
• Vocational training or TESDA NC II certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance or Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration is an advantage.
• Willing to travel between clinic branches and perform on-call duties.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
