Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training.
• Ensure high-quality service and excellent patient experience.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and facility maintenance.
• Handle budgets, financial reports, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nurse, Healthcare Management, or related field. (Nurse is plus)
• At least 3–5 years of experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a service-minded attitude.
• Good command of English (spoken & written).
