Clinic Manager

About the role

You will be a leader overseeing all aspects of the clinic — from team management, international customer experience, to sales figures and P&L. You will work closely with the Founder in strategy and driving continuous business growth for a premium Precision Longevity Medicine clinic in Sukhumvit serving high-end international clients from Europe, USA, Middle East, and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage clinic operations to international standards
• Lead a multidisciplinary team (nurses, lab, PN, Customer Service) to work as one unit
• Take responsibility for sales targets and growth strategy in collaboration with management
• Design premium experience for international clients
• Analyze figures, plan, and report directly to Founder

About you

• At least 5 years of experience managing a clinic, hospital, or premium service business (with at least 3 years of direct team management)
• Fluent English — you will speak with international clients daily (a third language is an advantage)
• Sales DNA and understanding of business figures — not just managing operations but driving growth
• Passion for high-level service, attention to detail, and high EQ to manage both team and clients with world-class standards
• Interest in or background in wellness / aesthetic / longevity medicine is a significant advantage
