📣We're Hiring — Clinic Manager
Join our growing team and help lead clinic operations.

Responsibilities• Oversee overall operations at the clinic

• Ensure excellent customer experience, aftercare, and service quality
• Develop and maintain SOPs and operational standards
• Manage staff scheduling for nurses, doctors, and customer service teams
• Support recruitment of staff
• Oversee inventory planning and clinic supplies
• Present relevant service information to customers in English
• Supervise customer service and online chat teams to improve customer satisfaction and conversion
• Coordinate daily operations between doctors, nurses, and support teams
• Ensure customers receive a smooth and satisfactory journey from beginning to end
• Prepare monthly payroll-related reports including doctor fees and treatment commissions

👩‍⚕️ Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (99% English speaking customers)
• Nursing background preferred but not required
• Experience working in a surgery clinic is a plus
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Service-oriented with a high attention to detail and patient care

💰 Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
