Clinic Manager

Role Description The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of The Prolotherapy Clinic, ensuring smooth patient flow, quality service delivery, and efficient administrative processes. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and includes supervising front-desk and support staff, managing scheduling, coordinating with medical practitioners, and maintaining patient records and documentation. The Clinic Manager monitors budgets, procurement, and inventory, and ensures compliance with clinic policies, healthcare regulations, and safety protocols. The role also involves resolving patient inquiries, enhancing customer service standards, implementing operational improvements, and organizing training for staff to maintain high levels of performance. Collaboration with leadership on reporting, performance metrics, and clinic growth initiatives is a key component of this position.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient experience and service recovery.

Budgeting and basic financial management skills to oversee clinic expenses and resources.

Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, and medical professionals.

Foundational understanding of medicine or clinical environments to support coordination with healthcare providers.

Experience in staff training, onboarding, and performance coaching.

Prior experience in clinic or healthcare administration, or similar management role, preferred.

Proficiency with clinic management software, scheduling systems, and basic office tools.

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹51,084.42 per month
