We are looking for a dynamic and sales-oriented Clinic Manager who can manage daily clinic operations while actively helping to increase sales, attract new customers, and grow our social media presence across our branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations, staff, schedules, customer service, and branch performance.
• Drive sales, bookings, repeat customers, packages, and revenue growth.
• Create and implement monthly promotions and sales campaigns.
• Develop social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Coordinate reels, videos, promotions, customer testimonials, and branch activities.
• Network with bloggers, influencers, content creators, companies, hotels, gyms, and local businesses to generate new customers.
• Build referral partnerships and identify new sources of patients/customers.
• Train and motivate staff in customer service, upselling, and sales conversion.
• Monitor enquiries, bookings, cancellations, customer retention, and sales performance.
• Assist HR and management with recruitment, staff performance, and training.
• Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management.
• Take initiative in finding new and creative ways to increase branch revenue.

Requirements

• Previous experience in clinic, spa, wellness, beauty, healthcare, or hospitality management.
• Strong sales and customer-service skills.
• Active interest and experience in social media marketing.
• Confident in networking and communicating with influencers and businesses.
• Creative, energetic, target-driven, and proactive.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• UAE/Dubai market experience is an advantage.
