Clinic Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and manage staff and resources efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and experienced in healthcare administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our clinic’s services and patient base.
• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth patient flow, optimal staffing, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyse performance metrics and market trends to identify business opportunities and foster continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to enhance profitability.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in managing clinical operations, business development, or growth strategy (preferably in healthcare or wellness).
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and administrative processes.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a clinical or wellness environment.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, optimize processes, and improve service delivery.
• Established network within healthcare, corporate wellness, or community organizations.
