Job Description – Clinic Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage patient appointments, registration, and enquiries.
• Supervise clinic staff and ensure proper attendance and discipline.
• Maintain patient records, reports, and other administrative documents.
• Monitor inventory, medical supplies, and other clinic requirements.
• Handle patient feedback and resolve routine complaints.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of the clinic.
• Coordinate billing, cash collection, and daily financial records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and clinic procedures.

Qualification: Any Degree preferred. A qualification in Healthcare or Hospital Administration will be an added advantage.

Experience: Candidates with previous experience in clinic or hospital administration/management are preferred.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Staff management and coordination abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Salary: As per experience and qualification.
