Clinic Manager

Cavallo Clinic, a premium DHA-licensed polyclinic on Al Wasl Road, Jumeirah, has recently been acquired by new ownership and is entering an ambitious new phase of growth. We are looking for an exceptional Clinic Director to lead this transformation.

The Role

You will be the face and driving force of the clinic, with full responsibility for:

Business development: attracting, building and closing relationships with prime, high-net-worth and VIP clients

People leadership: managing, motivating and developing the full clinical and administrative team

Marketing: owning the clinic’s brand positioning, patient acquisition and growth strategy

Operations: overseeing daily workflows and keeping DHA regulatory compliance excellent

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Commercially minded with an understanding of sales, patient retention, and clinic performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and polished approach
• Ability to thrive in a startup/growing clinic environment and contribute to establishing strong operational standards

Who You Are

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Dubai, ideally in premium healthcare, aesthetics longevity top clinics.

Perfect fluency in both Arabic and English

Natural class, outstanding charisma and superior leadership

A polished executive presence who feels at ease with the most demanding clientele

A proven record of closing high-value relationships and growing revenue
