Esha Clinic is a doctor-supervised clinic offering general physician, skin, hair and aesthetic services.

Job responsibilities

* Manage daily clinic operations and front desk activities.

* Handle patient appointments, registrations and follow-up calls.

* Coordinate with doctors, therapists and other clinic staff.

* Maintain patient records, billing, payments and daily reports.

* Respond professionally to patient enquiries and support patient satisfaction.

* Coordinate treatment schedules and follow-ups for skin and hair services.

* Monitor clinic supplies, cleanliness and hygiene standards.

* Support clinic promotions, enquiry management and appointment conversions.

Requirements

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools.

* Organised, responsible and customer-focused.

* Ability to manage staff, appointments and daily operations.

* Healthcare, clinic or hospital administration experience is an advantage, but not mandatory for the right candidate.
