Clinic Manager

Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction. Implement policies and procedures that improve operational efficiency and patient care quality. Hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, including nurses, medical assistants, and administrative personnel. Conduct performance evaluations and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Prepare and manage the clinic s budget, oversee billing and coding processes, and ensure financial practices comply with regulatory standards. Monitor and report on financial performance. Ensure the clinic complies with all healthcare regulations, including patient privacy laws and occupational health and safety standards. Stay updated on changes in healthcare laws and policies. Ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction. Address patient complaints and concerns promptly and effectively. Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic operations. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these initiatives. Negotiate with vendors for supplies and services. Ensure that agreements with vendors are cost-effective and enhance the clinic s operational efficiency. Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master s degree is preferred. Proven experience as a Clinic Manager or similar management role in a healthcare setting. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, medical terminology, and clinic operations. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in healthcare IT systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on patient-centered service.
