IV Nutrition is seeking a dynamic Clinic Director to lead the business operations of one of our wellness clinics. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail or service-industry leader who thrives in a performance-driven environment and believes exceptional client relationships are the foundation of sustainable growth.

You do not need a medical background to be successful in this role. We are looking for a proven business leader with strong sales, coaching, and operational management skills.

What You'll Do

• Lead Business Performance: Take ownership of clinic revenue, sales goals, membership growth, and operational results.
• Develop a Winning Team: Hire, train, coach, and inspire employees to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve performance goals.
• Drive Retail Sales: Lead by example through consultative selling, client consultations, membership presentations, and relationship development.
• Build Lasting Client Relationships: Develop strategies to increase client retention, repeat visits, and long-term engagement.
• Manage Daily Operations: Oversee scheduling, staffing, payroll efficiency, and key business performance indicators.
• Partner with Clinical Leadership: Work alongside the Assistant Clinic Director to deliver a seamless experience that combines business excellence with high-quality clinical care.
• Grow the Business: Develop community relationships, local partnerships, and new-client acquisition opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in retail sales, wellness, fitness, hospitality, weight management, or membership-based businesses.
• Demonstrated success achieving sales and revenue goals.
• Strong ability to coach, train, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience managing business operations, staffing, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on leadership style with a passion for helping people succeed.
• A results-oriented mindset and the ability to hold yourself and others accountable.

Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
