Clinic Manager - Hybrid Set Up - Full Time

The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one CuraKidney clinic/center, ensuring smooth and efficient clinic operations, excellent patient/customer service, and effective team performance.

The Clinic Manager will report directly to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for managing the center's staff, operational activities, performance targets, inventory, and administrative requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and overall performance of the assigned clinic/center.
• Supervise, guide, and monitor clinic staff to ensure efficient performance.
• Ensure excellent patient/customer service and address concerns appropriately.
• Monitor and achieve clinic operational and performance targets.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and other clinic resources.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Handle administrative and operational concerns within the assigned center.
• Monitor attendance, scheduling, and staffing requirements.
• Prepare and submit operational reports and updates to the Operations Manager.
• Identify operational issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ensure that the clinic remains organized, efficient, and compliant with company standards.
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager and other departments regarding operational requirements and concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in operations, clinic management, branch management, retail management, or a similar supervisory role.
• Experience in managing and supervising a team.
• Experience overseeing the day-to-day operations of a clinic, branch, center, or similar business unit is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of customer/patient service and operational processes.
• Experience in monitoring KPIs, sales/performance targets, and operational reports.
• Knowledge of inventory and resource management.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple operational concerns and work under pressure.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Willing to work 6 days per week.
• Preferably residing in or near the Commonwealth area for accessibility.
