We are looking for a Clinic Manager who is people-oriented, organised and commercially driven to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic and ensure a smooth, positive experience for both patients and staff.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, coach and motivate the clinic team to deliver excellent service
• Manage staff performance, scheduling and manpower planning
• Monitor clinic KPIs, revenue and operational performance
• Drive patient service standards and continuously improve the patient experience
• Handle operational issues and work closely with doctors and management
• Support initiatives to grow the clinic and achieve business targets

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant experience in clinic, healthcare, retail or service operations
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Customer-focused with a positive and hands-on approach
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Commercially minded and comfortable working with targets and KPIs
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
